Why not commission a Portrait

I work from photographs so obviously the better quality the picture (as in the focus and lighting) the more detail I can see to transfer to the commission.

With animal portraits it’s best to get down to the head height of the animal to give it a more flattering picture, and preferably outside as it brings out the natural colours in the hair or fur. Especially with the pets with a darker tone hair as the daylight can bring other colours into there hair giving the picture more depth.
